Fall Weather Brings Winter Chill Next Week

Fall is going to feel like winter next week!

Before the colder temperatures arrive, skies will become partly cloudy with warmer temperatures through Saturday. A cold front will move in on Sunday, bringing a chance of showers and much colder temperatures to start the week.

Minor tidal flooding continues through tomorrow at times of high tide.

Tonight: Clear and cool with patchy to dense fog.

Wednesday: Patchy to dense fog early then becoming partly cloudy and warmer. The onshore wind continues. Morning lows in the 40s and 50s inland, 50s and 60s along the beaches. Afternoon highs in the 70s to low 80s. Wind: NE 5-10 mph. Clear and cool overnight with patchy fog forming late.

Thursday - Saturday: Warmer temperatures but still shy of the records. Average highs this time of year are around 78 degrees. Afternoon high temperatures through Saturday will reach the low 80s. Records are in the upper 80s to low 90s.

Sunday: A cold front will move through the area with a chance of showers and isolated thunderstorms.
