A sunny and mild afternoon will give way to clear skies and cooler overnight lows. Fall temperatures will linger through the weekend with increasing rain chances late Sunday. The northeasterly wind returns on Thursday and increases through Sunday. Rain chances will also increase late Sunday and Monday.

Be cautious with open flames, as low humidity values will persist over interior southeast Georgia and the Suwannee Valley through Friday.

Tonight: Clear and chilly with lows in the 40s and 50s inland, 60s along the beaches.

Thursday: A chilly start to the day with mostly sunny skies during the afternoon. Fall temperatures and Open Window Weather continues. Morning lows will be in the 40s and 50s inland with 60 along our beaches. Afternoon highs in the upper 70s to 80s. Wind N/NE 5-10 mph. Expect mostly clear skies and cool temperatures overnight.

Not as chilly Friday morning. Afternoon highs will reach the 70s to low 80s. The northeast wind will increase Friday through Sunday.

Tropics: Tropical Storm Melissa is expected to strengthen and bring flooding rainfall over portions of the Caribbean through the rest of the week.
