The impacts could include closed roads and inundated low-lying property. Some shoreline erosion may occur.
Partly cloudy skies tonight with patchy fog in inland areas, as the light breeze persists for coastal counties. Thursday will see partly cloudy skies as the onshore flow returns with a few scattered showers. Widespread rain chances are expected, especially along our coastal zones, Friday and into the weekend.
Hurricane Imelda has strengthened to a Category 2 Hurricane as Humberto weakens to a remnant. Rip Currents and High Surf will continue through the weekend. The Small Craft Advisory has been extended through Sunday morning and minor Coastal Flooding will be possible through Friday morning.

Thursday: Partly cloudy to mostly cloudy skies as the northeasterly breeze increases. Rain chances 30-50 percent. Morning lows in the 60s to 70s. Afternoon highs in the upper 70s to 80s. Wind NE 10-20 mph, gusts to 30 mph. Partly cloudy overnight.
