Struggling to pay utility bills due to the government shutdown? Here's how JEA is helping customers

Starting Thursday, JEA will suspend adding late fees to utility bills, as part of a city of Jacksonville initiative to do more to help people who can't pay their bills or buy food because of the government shutdown.
