Hometown ESPN analyst gets greenlight to build 20K square foot fitness facility in St. Johns County

An 11.86-acre parcel of land in St. Johns County is now slated to be the future home of the Dark Horse fitness facility after commissioners voted unanimously Tuesday to rezone four acres of the property for development. Dark Horse was founded by Steffi Sorensen, a Bartram Trail High School graduate, former captain of the University of Florida women’s basketball team and a commentator on ESPN3.
