JSO searching for man who fled on foot in fatal hit-and-run at intersection

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is searching for a man who fled on foot in a fatal hit-and-run crash on Tuesday at the intersection of Gold Star Family Parkway on Pecan Park Road.
