Orange Park Mall begins enforcing policy requiring minors to be with an adult on Fridays, Saturdays

Orange Park Mall has introduced a new safety policy that took effect Friday at 4 p.m. The policy requires children under 18 to be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21 on Fridays and Saturdays. This change follows a series of disruptions earlier this summer, when the Clay County Sheriff’s Office cleared hundreds of juveniles from the mall area. The disturbances prompted concerns about safety at the popular shopping center.
