Heartbroken family demands justice after teen killed in hit-and-run crash in Arlington

The family of a 13-year-old is heartbroken after she was killed in a hit-and-run crash Tuesday night in Arlington. Family identified the teen as Genesis Webber. The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said she was walking on Arlington Road near Matthews Bridge when a vehicle ran over a curb, struck her, and hit a fence. The driver left the scene without reporting the crash or helping the teenager.
