Michael Troy Hutto, 54, of Jacksonville was arrested Friday and accused of manslaughter in connection with the Lake City teen’s death, Riviera Beach Police said. Records and past media reports show that Hutto is the co-founder of Salt Life, a widely known clothing company founded in Jacksonville Beach.
