Several people in the area have said the man approached their home at least once in the last few weeks. ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. - A Jacksonville man who fired a gun into a car filled with three people during a 2017 road rage incident in Julington Creek was sentenced Monday to 22 years in prison. Charles Michael Mohr, 24, was convicted of three counts of attempted first-degree murder and one count of shooting into an occupied vehicle. Prosecutors said that Mohr was involved in a road rage incident off Racetrack Road on Sept. 29, 2017. He pulled alongside the victims vehicle and began to confront them. As the victims attempted to leave, Mohr fired several shots from a 9mm handgun into their car, prosecutors said.

ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. – The Memorial Emergency Care Center at Julington Creek is set to open Monday and ready to take care of patients with medical emergencies. This makes it a lot different from an urgent care center," a news release reads. This facility is licensed by the state as an Emergency Department and gives St. Johns County rescue crews a place for patients to be treated 24/7. From chest pain to strokes to broken bones, emergency medicine trained physicians will help both adults and children during medical emergencies. The center is located at 42 Doctors Village Drive, right off Racetrack Road, just west of Veterans Parkway.
