Molly Reed
Reporter
Molly is an Emmy Award-winning reporter who is happy to be home in Central Florida, working as the Volusia and Flagler counties bureau reporter. She grew up in Satellite Beach before heading to Florida State University. Go Noles! Her journalism career started in Youngstown, Ohio where she was a reporter and anchor. Continuing her tour of Ohio, she then moved to Dayton where she worked as a general assignment and investigative reporter. During her time there, she was the first reporter on the scene of the Oregon District mass shooting and received an Emmy Award and several nominations for her reporting of 15 tornados tearing through the region in a single night. She also pushed for the changes that were made in the state's children service's department through her investigative reporting of a young boy who was killed after years of abuse. When Molly is not digging up stories and answers, she can be found at the beach, spending time with family, and running around with her black lab, Seamus.
