Jacksonville – Chef Mimi Lan is a Michelin-trained chef who is passionate about sharing hers and others cultures through food and introduce new flavors to Jacksonville. She is also passionate about connecting with the community with her and with each other. Starting her culinary journey late in life (in her 40s), she also wants to show that it’s never too late to go after your dream and never too late to reinvent oneself. She’s also ambassador of MappImpact.org, a national organization whose mission to empower women in culinary through advocacy and mentorship.
