Gatorland, known as the “Alligator Capital of the World,” is a must-visit destination for those seeking adventure and excitement. The park recently announced the launch of Gatorland Global™, an international conservation organization aimed at making a significant impact in wildlife conservation.
Savannah Boan, a representative of Gatorland, expressed her enthusiasm about the park’s mission. “Now, if people want to donate to help save alligators or crocodiles in the United States, they get that as a tax write off now,” she said. “It also opens us up to apply for grants that come out of bigger organizations to help save crocodiles in other countries and to help save alligators here in Florida.” It’s a monumental step forward in wildlife conservation!
Gatorland offers a variety of attractions that cater to thrill-seekers and nature lovers alike. Visitors can experience the Screamin’ Gator Zip Line, glide over alligators, and enjoy the Alligator Breeding Marsh. The park offers Up-Close Encounters , allowing guests to interact with the park’s scaly residents to provide an unforgettable experience.
Whether you’re a thrill-seeker or a nature lover, Gatorland has something for everyone, Savannah noted. “And it’s just family fun all day long, we just celebrate all things Florida.” With the launch of Gatorland Global, every visit helps support their mission to conserve, protect, and educate.
A one-tank trip down to Gatorland will deliver you to an unforgettable adventure and be a part of something truly meaningful. It’s a win-win for fun and conservation!
