Nassau County – Haze is a 9-year-old and a sweetheart.
He has been with Nassau Humane since September 2024.
Haze knows basic commands such as sit, shake, and down! He is very stressed here at the shelter and can be quite rambunctious in his kennel, so he has been in a foster home for the last few months, which has done wonders for him.
Haze would likely do best in a home without other dogs, as he can be reactive towards others.
He really just wants to snuggle on the couch and be a lap dog all day. He is very housebroken, easy-going, and polite – doesn’t beg at mealtime.
If Haze could just be a couch potato in a home without other pets and his own yard, he would thrive!
