Fire safety tips for dealing with the dropping temperatures

Captain Eric Prosswimmer came by to remind us to be aware of fire safety as the temperatures drop. In addition to remembering not to leave space heaters unattended, he cautioned us about keeping items away from the heaters and insuring that pets and children aren’t able to access them. He also suggests we avoid overloading our breakers by having too many items plugged in to one outlet.
