Charges were also dropped for Paige Gallon, who was also arrested on a charge of accessory.

The double shooting happened inside a restrooom at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront on Sept. 4, 2021.

One victim was able to get away and was found on the ground about a block away at the intersection of Bay and Market streets. Both men were taken to the hospital, where a 19-year-old Ed White High School graduate died.

“The verdict follows a thorough trial process and reflects the principle that every individual is innocent until proven guilty,” the release said. “We would like to extend our gratitude to the many individuals who supported Mr. Hall throughout this process, including his family, friends, and supporters. Their confidence, loyalty, and encouragement have been invaluable during this long and challenging journey.”
