BEAM invites local artists to participate in mural contest to tell story of ‘hope, help and community resilience’

JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. – Beaches Emergency Assistance Ministry (BEAM) is calling on local artists to participate in a community mural contest.

The nonprofit organization is launching a mural contest to create a tribute to the impact BEAM has made across the Beaches area for more than 40 years. Artists are invited to help tell the “story of hope, help, and community resilience” through art.

“This mural will be more than just a piece of art—it will be a visual reminder of the compassion and collaboration that define our Beaches community,” said Jeff Winkler, CEO of BEAM. “We hope the finished mural will inspire everyone who visits Grace Garden to see how our neighbors come together to help one another in times of need.”
