The site is at 2780 Florida Road 16, adjacent to the St. Augustine Premium Outlets.
“The entire Adventure Landing development will be demolished and redeveloped with new commercial sites. The developer is considering relocating the existing stormwater pond at the corner of State Road 16 and Elevation Parkway to a different portion of the site so the hard corner is available for commercial use,” the filing states.
