JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Before the Jacksonville Jaguars take on the Kansas City Chiefs at EverBank Stadium on Monday, there are a few updates fans should know about ahead of the game.

The Main Street Bridge will be fully operational for the showdown between the Jaguars and Chiefs, following the completion of $2.25 million in repairs.

The Florida Department of Transportation confirmed the northbound lanes, which were closed during the last home game, are now open after repairs from a boat collision.

The stadium’s new grand staircase at Gate 1 is also now open, marking another milestone in the Stadium of the Future renovations. The 66-step staircase connects the plaza to the main concourse.

There are a few weather updates to note. With storms in the forecast, stadium officials remind fans that while ponchos and rain jackets are permitted, umbrellas are prohibited. Lightning could prompt game delays, as the Jaguars have already experienced this season.

Jacksonville Mayor Donna Deegan has proclaimed Monday as “Turn Up In Teal Day,” encouraging fans to deck the stadium out in teal.

It’s also advised that ticket holders verify their entry gate before arrival, as access points may vary from previous games due to ongoing construction.

The Monday night matchup kicks off at 8:15 p.m.
