ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. – The City of St. Augustine, alongside members of the Sigma Pi Lambda Chapter of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. will unveil a new Little Library at Project S.W.I.N.G. next week.
The unveiling will be at 10 a.m. on Sept. 26 and is open to the public.

The Little Library is part of one of the fraternity’s national programs, “Go To High School, Go To College,” which strives to empower youth to pursue higher education.

Hand-painted by Jessica Bryce, of Bryce Brushworks, the Little Library is being dedicated in honor of two notable Fraternity members, Dr. Otis Mason and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
Commissioner Cynthia Garris and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Brother Sherman Riley will lead the ceremony, during which the Ketterlinus Elementary School Third Grade Class will bring books to fill the box.
