BUNNELL, Fla. – A 48-year-old Palm Coast woman has been charged with manslaughter in connection with the overdose death of 22-year-old Calvin Stull, whose body was discovered in Belle Terre Park just over one year ago.

The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office Major Case Unit, which has spent a year investigating Stull’s death, determined Stephanie Raimundo sold him the illegal drugs that led to his fatal overdose.

According to FCSO, the 911 center got a call on Jan. 3, 2024, reporting a man had been found unresponsive on a park bench under the pavilion at Belle Terre Park.

The Palm Coast Fire Department responded, but Stull died at the scene.

Detective First Class Adam Gossett worked with FCSO Real Time Crime Center analysts to track Stull’s movements, which showed that he had been seen traveling north on Belle Terre Parkway before entering the park on the afternoon of Jan. 2, 2024.

When the medical examiner arrived, investigators found baggies of narcotics -- later found to be heroin and fentanyl -- in Stull’s pocket.

The FCSO Special Investigations Unit was called in to help determine the source of the illegal drugs.

Investigators later identified Raimundo as the primary suspect and got a search warrant for her home in Palm Coast.

According to deputies, the Major Case Unit, SIU, and SWAT team served the warrant on Jan. 3, 2024, and found “trafficking amounts of various narcotics, including fentanyl, heroin, methamphetamine, cocaine, and marijuana."

Raimundo and Charles Brockhaus, who also lived at the home, were arrested and taken to the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility.

That’s where Raimundo remained without bond when she was served an arrest warrant for manslaughter a year later on Jan. 8, 2025.

Detectives obtained the warrant for Raimundo in connection with Stull’s death after a yearlong investigation.

Raimundo now faces 14 charges relating to manslaughter and drug trafficking.

“We are committed to holding poison peddlers accountable who contribute to the ongoing drug problem in our community, especially those who kill someone by selling the fatal dose of poison,” said Flagler County Sheriff Rick Staly. “Thanks to the diligent work of our Major Case Unit, SIU detectives, and Real Time Crime Center analysts, we were able to piece together the events leading to this death and take action against the woman responsible for selling the poison. If you are a drug dealer and kill someone, we will investigate until we can arrest you and put you in jail, no matter how long it takes.”
