Transportation officials give update on what to expect in airports ahead of busy holiday travel season

ARLINGTON, Va. – Transportation officials will hold a news conference Thursday morning to update the public on efforts to improve air travel experience ahead of one of the busiest holiday travel seasons on record.

Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, FAA Administrator Mike Whitaker, and TSA Administrator David Pekoske are expected to provide updates on what to expect in the airports and how their agencies are taking steps to keep air travel smooth and efficient.
