Falcon 9 launches 23 Starlink satellites from Cape Canaveral

CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – Clear skies, viewing the Falcon 9 launch today was perfect.

Space X launched 23 Starlink satellites from Falcon 9 on Wednesday at 5:10 pm from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station Complex 40.

The Falcon 9 was equipped with 23 Starlink satellites for low-earth orbit.

According to the 45th Weather Squadron, there was a 10% chance the launch could have been scrubbed.

This was the 14th flight for the first-stage booster supporting this mission, which previously launched mPOWER-B, BlueBird-1, Crew-6, USSF-124, and nine Starlink missions. Following stage separation, the first stage will land on the A Shortfall of Gravitas drone ship, which will be stationed in the Atlantic Ocean.
