High Rip Current risk is in effect until through Sunday. High Surf remains in effect until 2 AM Sunday. Breaking waves expected at 5 to7 feet.

Minor Coastal Flooding is expected around times of high tide.

If you are along the Saint Johns River Basin, Intercoastal Waterway or the Atlantic coast, you will likely experience minor flooding during high tide.

The next high tide is at 1:41 AM at Jacksonville Beach

Eastern and Central Tropical Atlantic: According to the National Hurricane Center, a tropical wave located near the Cabo Verde Islands is producing a large area of disorganized shower and thunderstorm activity over the far eastern Atlantic. Dry air will disable development. A tropical depression could form next week. Formation chance through next 2 days 0 percent.
