Humidity will remain high overnight. The worst downpours are expected between 4 PM and 7 PM. It will reduce visibility for drivers and could cause temporary flooding.

Tropical Storm Fernand is moving toward the north-northeast near 15 mph (24 km/h) as of this morning. Fernand should move across the open waters of the subtropical North Atlantic well east and northeast of Bermuda. Maximum sustained winds remain near 40 mph (65 km/h) with higher gusts. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1010 mb (29.83 inches).
East of the Windward Islands (AL99): A tropical wave located just east of the Windward Islands continues to produce shower and thunderstorm activity. This system could become a tropical depression during the next day or two while it moves quickly westward at about 20 to 25 mph, passing through the Windward and Leeward Islands later today and early Monday.
