Saturday morning the National Hurricane Center identified an area of low pressure off the southeastern coast of the U.S. Slow development could occur through early next week as the system moves slowly to the east-northeastward.
Formation chance over the next 48 hours is 10%, while the 7-day outlook is 20% chance.
