JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Temperatures are forecast to climb to near-record values Friday, with highs around 98 degrees in the area by afternoon.
Hourly outlooks show temperatures reaching 98 degrees between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m., running well above the seasonal average of 92 degrees.
