Showers and thunderstorms continue to move from the southeast to the northwest.

A few thunderstorms continue near and south of Putnam County with a larger complex of thunderstorms in Columbia County. Showers with isolated storms are also moving through Bradford and Union counties in northeast Florida and Charlton and Ware counties in southeast Georgia.

These will weaken and dissipate after sunset.

Tropics: In the Gulf, formation chances are down to 10 percent and should be done by the update at 8 p.m.

Evening: Isolated showers and thunderstorms near the St. Johns River, slowly moving inland.

Friday: Heat Advisory possible. Hot and humid with isolated showers and thunderstorms possible after 1-2 p.m. Rain chances are 30-60 percent with better chances west of I-95. Morning lows will be in the 70s. Afternoon highs will reach the 90s inland with upper 80s to low 90s along our beaches. Feels Like temperatures around 100 - 107 degrees. Wind SW/SE 5-15 mph.

Weekend: Showers and thunderstorms will be possible during the afternoon, early evening. Heat Advisories will be possible through Sunday as Feels Like temperatures range from 105 to 110 degrees.
