NHC watching for possible cyclonic formation in the Gulf over the next several days

Tropical weather moving into the Gulf will aid in our wet weather as an area of low pressure moves westward across Florida over the next few days. Conditions are ripe for possible cyclonic development in the northeastern Gulf over the next 7 days.

Regardless of development, the Storm Prediction Center (SPC) has issued a marginal outlook for northeast and central Florida due to increasing precipitation values.
