Strong storms return Sunday afternoon

Sunday Forecast

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Many of us experienced a wet Saturday afternoon as strong storms rolled through our region. On Sunday, we’ll see the same sea breeze convergence along with hot temperatures into the low 90s. Be ready to head indoors when the skies turn ugly.

By Sunday evening, skies will clear with temperatures in the mid-to-low 70s.

On Monday, rounds of rain will continue along with daytime heating and sea breeze convergence. It’s possible that temperatures at Jacksonville International Airport could dip below 90 for the first time in over three weeks due to cloud cover.
