A few showers and storms will be possible tomorrow with isolated strong to severe storms possible during the afternoon.

Thursday through the weekend, a weakening low-pressure area and the competing sea breezes will combine for increasing coverage of showers and thunderstorms.

Evening: Warm and humid. Patchy fog.

Wednesday: A slight chance of isolated showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 2 p.m., 20 percent. Lows in the 70s. Afternoon highs in the 90s inland, upper 80s to low 90s along the beaches. Winds SW/SE 5-10 mph.

Thursday - Weekend: The heat continues with an increasing chance of afternoon showers and thunderstorms.
