Showers and storms have ended and we are cooling off behind the front.
Slightly cooler temperatures will settle in behind the front Thursday through the weekend. Although our morning lows and afternoon highs will be slightly cooler, temperatures will continue to run a little higher than average.
Tonight: Gradual clearing and a little cooler.
Thursday: Partly cloudy and not as hot. Morning lows in the 60s and 70s with afternoon highs in the upper 80s to low 90s. Wind N/SE 5-10 mph. Mostly clear skies with patchy fog late.
Looking ahead: Temperatures will trend a little closer to seasonal averages through the weekend. The pattern continues for Memorial Day weekend with a slight chance of showers and storms after 2 pm.
