A lucky few may see a shower or isolated storm as a slow moving front drapes across southeast Georgia.

Warm temperatures continue as skies clear late tonight. Patchy fog is expected for inland areas tonight and early Thursday.

Summer-like temperatures continue Friday and this weekend. The next best chance of beneficial rainfall will be as a weak cold front moves across NE FL and SE GA late on Sunday.

Tonight: A slim chance of a showers or storms for SE GA through around 10 p.m., 10-20 percent. Partly cloudy, warm with patchy fog late.

Thursday: A muggy start with patchy fog inland then becoming partly cloudy. Clouds will increase as the sea breezes merge west of I-95. Wake up temperatures in the 60s. Afternoon highs in the upper 80s inland, upper 70s to low 80s along the beaches. Wind: SE 5-15 mph. Partly cloudy with patchy fog overnight.

Looking ahead: Summer-like temperatures through the week. Scattered showers with thunderstorms will be possible as a weak cold front moves in on Sunday.
