Saturday’s cool-down comes with plenty of sunshine

Temperatures will be just a tad below normal to start the weekend

Saturday Forecast

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The moment you step outside, you’ll notice a 5-10 degree difference in temperatures as the cold front settled in behind the evening storms. A rapid warm-up throughout the day will have temperatures reaching the mid-70s area-wide under mostly sunny skies. Winds out of the NW may be breezy at times this afternoon.

Plenty to do outside: from the Clay County Agricultural Fair to the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp game, your Saturday isn’t for a loss of things to do.

Your weekend will remain dry and sunny as temperatures begin to climb back towards the 80s. By mid-week, a dry cold front is expected to drop temperatures back into the seasonal range on Wednesday.
