JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Puffy clouds will provide shade on Saturday as temperatures rise into the upper 70s inland and lower 80s inland. Breezy southeast winds between 5-15 mph will blow with gusts close to 25 mph. Coastal and even a few inland showers shouldn’t be a surprise as the sea breeze kicks in this afternoon, bringing onshore moisture and cloudy conditions. A high rip current risk is in effect for St. Johns and Flagler counties.
Sunday, morning and afternoon showers with isolated thunderstorms could damper most of our region into the overnight hours.
Monday highs will be in the mid-to-upper 80s ahead of a cold front that won’t drop temperatures too much for April Fool’s Day.
