A warm Wednesday, Showers for the first day of Spring

Cool end to the week

. (.)

Sunny skies and seasonal temperatures through sunset. Clear skies and light wind will allow temperatures to fall to below seasonal levels Wednesday morning. The chill doesn’t last long with warmer afternoon highs on tap. Skies will become cloudy overnight and early Thursday as we get ready for scattered showers to kick off the first day of Spring.

Tonight: Clear, calm and cool.

Wednesday: A chilly start followed by warmer that average afternoon highs. Looking like a great beach day! Moring lows in the 40s inland with low 50s along our beaches. Afternoon highs in the 70s to low 80s. Wind: S/SW 5 - 10 mph. Partly cloudy overnight.

Spring starts with a few showers. Thursday, Mother Nature will give her flowers a shower or two starting late morning to early afternoon for SE GA. The cold front and showers will move into NE FL during the afternoon through early evening. Rainfall totals will average less than a tenth of an inch. Severe storms are not expected.

Looking ahead: The cool air will settle in behind the front for a sunny and cooler Friday. Go ahead and make some weekend plans outside! Temperatures are looking great for all of your outdoor activities.
