Open Window Weather continues! This pattern of warm and mainly dry weather will continue through Saturday. I say, mainly dry, as there is a slight chance of an overnight shower or two Thursday night and early Friday morning. Better chances of showers and storms will be developing on Sunday. Models have all picked up the pace with scattered showers and storms developing late Sunday morning through early Monday morning as a cold front moves through.
Tonight: Clear skies, light wind with inland fog.
Thursday: A warmer start with sunny skies and Open Windows on tap. Patchy fog for areas near and along I-75 to the Suwannee River. Wake-up temperatures in the 40s and 50s along the beaches. Afternoon highs in the 70s to low 80s inland, 70s along our beaches. Wind: W/SE 5-10 mph. Mostly clear and cool overnight with patchy fog.
Friday - Saturday: Mostly sunny skies will give way to partly cloudy skies as above-average temperatures continue. Breezy conditions on Saturday as the southerly wind increases to 10 - 15 mph.
Sunday: Breezy and becoming cloudy with an increasing chance of showers and thunderstorms, 60%. Wind: Southwest 10 - 15 mph with stronger gusts. Rain chances will increase late morning across Southeast Georgia, then building across Northeast Florida through the afternoon and evening.
