A warm and breezy afternoon will give way to cloudy skies and mild temperatures overnight. A few coastal showers will be possible ahead of a quickly moving cold front. Scattered showers, areas of rain and thunderstorms will approach SE GA around sunrise before moving across Duval County just before noon. The front will be south of our area before the 5 o’clock ride home.

Tonight: Becoming cloudy. Coastal showers possible.

Wednesday: Weather Authority Impact Day due to damaging wind, hail and strong to isolated severe thunderstorms. Rain with thunderstorms, some storms could be strong to isolated severe, from around 7 a.m. - 3 p.m., 90-100 percent. Current rainfall estimates range from a tenth of an inch to around 0.50 of an inch. Wake up temperatures in the 60s. Afternoon highs in the 70s. Cooler under clearing skies Wednesday night.
