Some areas of southeast Georgia could get as low as 26 degrees Fahrenheit and as low as 28 degrees Fahrenheit for inland counties in Northeast Florida.
Protect the pipes in your home
Wrap or drain or allow them to drip slowly. Bring sensitive plants indoors. Anyone unhoused should go to a shelter immediately. Pets should be indoors until temperatures in above 50 degrees.
TONIGHT’S FORECAST
Temperatures will drop into the mid to low 30s for some inland counties of Northeast Florida and the mid-20s due to the wind chill for most of Southeast Georgia. Breezy winds from the afternoon will decrease at night between 5 and 10 miles per hour from the north with moderate humidity and mostly clear skies. The wind chill will make temperatures feel at least 5 to 8 degrees colder.
