Galaxy Fest: How to help girls build confidence early in STEM fields

Today we are hoping to encourage the next generation to explore science, technology, engineering and math -- especially girls! With only 21% of U.S. eighth graders proficient in math, and women holding just 28% of STEM jobs, early support and role models are crucial.
