E-bike rider dies after crash with motorcycle on Jacksonville’s Southside, police say

Police said that an e-bike rider tried to cross Beach Boulevard near Leon Road just before noon Sunday and rode into the path of a man riding a Harley-Davidson west on Beach Boulevard.
