Fernandina Beach community can voice thoughts at town hall on proposal for paid parking

A public town hall is being held at 5 p.m. Tuesday at City Hall to discuss a proposal from the city of Fernandina Beach to implement paid parking in the historic downtown district that has gotten major pushback from the community.
