Neptune Beach police, JSO prepare for school emergency response with training sessions

The Neptune Beach Police Department and the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office will hold separate multi-agency training exercises on Thursday. There will be an increased Neptune Beach officer presence in the area surrounding Fletcher High School. JSO will hold exercises at Mayport Middle and Elementary schools, along with the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department, Duval County School Board Police, Jacksonville Beach Police Department, Neptune Beach Police Department, and Atlantic Beach Police Department.
