JSO, ElderSource team up for Pepper Project to help find missing adults

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office and ElderSource are unveiling a new project to help protect adults with dementia, Alzheimer's or autism who wander away from home. Its' all thanks to this bloodhound, named Pepper, and specialized kits.
