Students express ire, Councilman Matt Carlucci walks out of meeting over education resolution vote

An emergency motion that would have allowed a resolution supporting education funding to head straight to the Jacksonville City Council floor failed last night, leaving local students and Councilman Matt Carlucci shaking their heads.
