Florida lawmakers set to vote on 'Pam Rock Act' to create dangerous dog registry

A bill aimed at creating a dangerous dog registry and requiring owners of those dogs to have $100,000 in liability insurance is headed to the House for a vote on Wednesday. The bill is named for a Putnam County mail carrier who was mauled to death by dogs in 2022.
