UNCUT: State Attorney announces arrest in 1994 murder of Tina Heins

The murder of Tina Heins has been solved, nearly two decades after her brother-in-law was exonerated in the crime, State Attorney Melissa Nelson announced Thursday. The suspect, who was a close friend of Tina's Navy sailor husband, was identified using advanced DNA technology, Nelson said.
