Family of mother stabbed to death asks for community’s help to send her body to Honduras
The family of a 55-year-old woman who was stabbed to death Saturday in a Jacksonville home is asking for the community’s help to raise money to cover funeral-related expenses. The daughter of Lilian Ochoa-Menjivar created a GoFundMe fundraiser to collect money for her funeral and send her mother back to Honduras so “her loved ones can say goodbye.” On Tuesday, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said Ochoa-Menjivar‘s son, 24-year-old Hector Munoz-Ochoa, was arrested and charged with her murder.
