‘Traumatizing’: Daughter describes Baker County car crash that killed mother

Family members identified the woman who died in a car crash in Baker County on Saturday. Tiffany Carter, 31, lost control of her car while driving on US-90 near County Road 250A. Officials said she hydroplaned, hit some trees and died on scene. The family created a makeshift memorial at the crash site that included some of Carter’s favorite things, like Coca-Cola drinks.
