Family of man fatally shot outside Copeland’s believes recent arrest isn’t the only person involved

Police have arrested a 24-year-old man in connection with the fatal shooting of Kenneth “Kenny” Mobley Jr. outside a Jacksonville restaurant, bringing a measure of relief to the victim’s grieving family.
